The Old Cairo - Abu Syfain

An orientalist watercolour painting of 'Old Cairo - Abu Syfain'. Signed by Colonel Robert Charles Goff (R Goff) 1898 (Depicting a coptic monk with his pupil inside St Mercurius' coptic church in Cairo). Acquired in April 2012 from a New York's antique dealer.

A similar work on old Cairo in 1898 by Colonel Goff is also displayed at Victoria and Albert Museum of London.
